User Account Creation and Deletion Policy

1. Account Creation

Eligibility : Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required by local law) to create an account on the app.

Information Required : During sign-up, users may be asked to provide a valid email address, mobile number, username, and password. Optional details may be requested for enhanced user experience.

Verification : We may use email or SMS verification to ensure the authenticity of the information provided.

Responsibility : Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

2. Account Deletion

User-Initiated Deletion : Users can delete their account at any time through the ORVAI Mobile app under Menu → Profile → Delete Account (Top right icon).
Once account is deleted, all the smart devices added to this account will also be removed.

Company-Initiated Deletion : We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or engaged in suspicious activity (e.g., fraud, abuse).

3. Data Retention

Retention Period : Once account is deleted, we do not retain any user data.
